How Issues Affect Your Play
If there is a problem with the game backend while you are attempting to play, you may see an error message instead of a normal win or loss result. In that case, your play is not counted and the 24-hour lock is not applied. You can try again once the issue has been resolved.
If the website loads but appears slow or unresponsive, this page will be one of the first places where we acknowledge any widespread issues.
