Official Rules 📜
This page explains how Push4Cash works as a free, ad-funded sweepstakes, including who can play, how entries are handled, how prizes and referrals work, and what happens when you win.
This is a plain-language summary of the key rules. More detailed legal language may be added or updated over time. If there is ever a conflict between a short explanation and more detailed legal text on this page, the more detailed legal text controls.
1. Nature of the Promotion
Push4Cash is a free-to-enter, ad-funded promotional sweepstakes. Players do not pay to enter, do not buy “taps,” and cannot buy better odds. You get one play every twenty four (24) hours, choose a play type, tap once, and see instantly whether that tap is a winner.
Push4Cash is not a lottery or gambling site. There is no wagering or staking of money. For a plain-language comparison, see the Sweepstakes vs Lottery page.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open only to natural persons who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and
- Are legal residents of U.S. states or territories where this type of promotion is lawful, and
- Are not otherwise prohibited from participating under local law.
The promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Access may be blocked or limited in certain locations based on legal or technical restrictions.
Employees or direct operators of the Push4Cash platform, and their immediate household members, may be restricted from winning prizes. Any such restrictions will be interpreted in favor of maintaining fairness and avoiding conflicts of interest.
3. Accounts & One-Play-Per-Day Rule
To participate, you must create a free Push4Cash account using accurate, honest information. By creating an account, you agree not to:
- Create or control more than one account per person, and
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the game, and
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.
Each eligible account/device is limited to one (1) play every twenty four (24) hours. When you use your daily tap, the backend records the time and applies a server-side lock. Additional tap attempts are rejected until that twenty four hour window has expired. Refreshing, clearing cookies, or switching devices does not reset the lock.
4. How to Enter & Play Types
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To play:
- Create a free account and log in.
- Go to the Play page once your twenty four hour lock has expired.
- Select one play type for that day: Mini, Normal, or Mega.
- Press the play button once to submit your daily tap.
- See immediately whether your tap hit a prize.
Each calendar day (measured in rolling 24-hour windows from your last valid tap), you may use exactly one tap, with exactly one play type. Once you tap, that day’s play is consumed even if you did not win.
5. Prizes & Approximate Odds
Each play type has a fixed prize amount and approximate odds for a winning tap. Current values are:
- Play Mini: $25 prize; approximate odds of about 1 in 10,000 per eligible tap.
- Play Normal: $50 prize; approximate odds of about 1 in 20,000 per eligible tap.
- Play Mega: $500 prize; approximate odds of about 1 in 200,000 per eligible tap.
Odds are long-run approximations based on the design of the prize tables and may vary in practice depending on total plays and operational adjustments. Each eligible tap in the same play type has the same chance of winning as any other tap in that play type.
The Odds & Payouts page summarizes these numbers in a more visual and user-friendly format. If that page and this section ever differ, this section (as updated from time to time) controls.
6. Streak Rewards
In addition to rare main prizes, Push4Cash may credit small streak rewards funded by advertising when you play regularly. Streak rewards are not guaranteed and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time, but the intended schedule is:
- Players who tap every day and maintain a strong daily streak can earn up to $0.05 per tap.
- Players who tap several times per week may earn around $0.04 per tap.
- Players who tap a few times per month may earn around $0.03 per tap.
- Players who tap about once per month may earn around $0.02 per tap.
- Players who tap less frequently may earn around $0.01 per tap.
Exact thresholds, streak calculations, and reward amounts are handled by the backend and may be tuned to keep the promotion sustainable. All streak rewards are credited as internal reward balance, not as guaranteed cash until paid out under the payout rules below.
A minimum combined payout threshold (for example, $10.00) may apply before any streak rewards are actually paid out.
7. Referral Bonuses
Eligible players may receive a unique referral link on their My Account page. When a new player signs up through that link and plays normally, they are considered a “referred player” for that referrer.
When a referred player wins any main prize (Mini, Normal, or Mega) and that win is verified, the referrer becomes eligible for a $20 referral bonus, subject to anti-fraud checks and caps described here or later in more detailed language.
- The referral bonus is a flat $20 per verified referred-player win.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and any attempt to manipulate the system can void referral bonuses and/or accounts.
- Daily, monthly, or lifetime caps on referral bonuses may be applied to keep the system sustainable and fair.
Details may also be summarized on the Referrals page. If there is a conflict, this section (as updated) controls.
8. Winner Selection & Randomness
When you tap the play button:
- The backend checks whether your twenty four hour lock has expired.
- The backend confirms which play type (Mini, Normal, Mega) you selected.
- The backend applies the correct prize table and uses a secure random number generator to determine win/no-win for that tap.
- The result is recorded in the database with internal audit data (timestamp, account, IP/device data, and a proof hash or similar integrity marker).
Each eligible tap is an independent draw. The system does not increase your odds because you have lost many times in a row, and it does not “owe” a win after any number of losses.
9. Winner Notification & Verification
If your tap hits a main prize, you will see a win message on-screen, and the win will be recorded in your account history. Push4Cash may also contact you via the email address or other contact method saved in your account.
Before any prize or referral bonus is paid out, Push4Cash may require reasonable steps to verify:
- Your identity and eligibility,
- The validity of your account and play history, and
- Compliance with these Official Rules.
If you do not respond to verification requests within the time stated in the communication, or if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent, the prize may be delayed or voided at the operator’s reasonable discretion.
10. Payouts, Taxes & W-9 Threshold
Payouts for confirmed prizes and referral bonuses may be sent using common digital payment services such as Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo, or other methods listed in your account, subject to availability, limits, and regional restrictions.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from prizes or referral bonuses you receive. Push4Cash does not provide tax advice. For information about your obligations, consult a qualified tax professional.
When your combined confirmed prizes and referral bonuses reach approximately $550 in a single calendar year, you may be required to submit an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent information) and any other tax documentation reasonably required before further payouts can be processed. If you decline or fail to provide required tax information, payouts may be delayed, limited, or canceled.
11. Abuse, Multiple Accounts & Fraud
Push4Cash reserves the right to investigate and act on suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
- Multiple accounts controlled by the same person,
- Automated or scripted tap attempts,
- Use of VPNs or similar tools to evade location rules,
- False or misleading identity or contact information,
- Referral fraud or fake signups, and
- Any attempt to tamper with the game or its odds.
Consequences can include forfeiture of prizes and referral bonuses, cancellation of streak rewards, account suspension or closure, and permanent ineligibility to participate.
12. Technical Issues & Outages
If a tap cannot be processed because of a backend error, outage, or other internal issue, your tap will normally not be counted and your twenty four hour lock will not be applied. In those cases, you may try again once the issue is resolved.
Push4Cash is not responsible for:
- Internet, device, or browser issues outside its control, including dropped connections and local caching problems.
- Taps that are not received because of user-side network failures or ad-blockers blocking critical scripts.
- Any losses or missed plays caused by maintenance or outages.
For high-level service notes, see the Service Status page.
13. Changes, Suspension & Termination
Push4Cash may adjust prize tables, odds, streak rewards, referral terms, or other parts of the promotion when needed to keep the system fair and sustainable. Any material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, on informational pages (such as the Odds, Referrals, Transparency, or Responsible Play pages).
Push4Cash may suspend or terminate the promotion, or any part of it, at any time if technical issues, legal changes, fraud, or other factors make continued operation impractical.
14. Other Terms & Policies
By using the site, you also agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures, which govern how the site is used, how data is handled, and how ads and sponsorships work alongside the promotion.
In any case where there is a conflict between a short marketing statement and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control. Where there is a conflict between these short paragraphs and more detailed legal language on this page (if added later), the more detailed legal language controls.
15. Questions
If you have questions about these rules, or believe there has been an error in how they were applied to your account or prize, contact support through the Contact page and include your account email, approximate time of play, device type, and what you saw on screen. That information helps the team review your case against the backend logs.
