These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Push4Cash website and services. The promotional game is governed by the Official Rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules control.

1) Eligibility & Access

You may use Push4Cash only if you meet eligibility requirements described in the Official Rules (for example: age and location restrictions). Push4Cash may block or limit access where required by law or to protect platform integrity.

2) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. Do not share credentials or allow others to use your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support via Contact.

3) One-Play-Per-Day Rule (Core Limit)

Push4Cash enforces a strict one play per 24 hours rule per person/account/device as described in the Official Rules. This limit is enforced on the backend. Attempts to exceed this limit or manipulate eligibility may result in disqualification and enforcement actions.

4) Prohibited Conduct (Anti-Fraud)

To keep the platform fair and protect prizes funded by advertising, the following are prohibited:

• Creating or controlling more than one account per person.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or other tools to simulate or accelerate play.
• Attempting to bypass the 24-hour cooldown (device-hopping, spoofing, manipulating identifiers, etc.).
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other services to misrepresent location where limits apply.
• Referral abuse (self-referrals, fake signups, coordinated rings, incentivized fraud).
• Reverse engineering, tampering with, or interfering with site operation, backend APIs, or odds logic.
• Any behavior intended to exploit bugs, race conditions, or payout systems.

Push4Cash may use technical and behavioral signals (such as IP patterns, device/browser characteristics, and unusual velocity) to detect abuse. If suspicious activity is detected, Push4Cash may delay results, require verification, void entries, withhold payouts, or permanently restrict an account.

5) Promotion Terms (Prizes, Odds, Payouts)

The promotional game, including play types, odds, prizes, referrals, verification, and payout handling, is governed by the Official Rules and related disclosures.

6) Advertising & Site Funding

Push4Cash is funded through advertising and sponsorships. Ads may be provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to interfere with ad delivery or site operation.

7) Availability, Changes, and Enforcement

Push4Cash may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it at any time for operational, security, fairness, legal, or technical reasons. Push4Cash may also enforce these Terms and the Official Rules, including by restricting access, voiding entries, and taking other reasonable actions to protect integrity.

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Push4Cash does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Outcomes are determined by chance according to the Official Rules.
