Getting Started

To use Push4Cash, you create an account, log in, and then go to the Play page to use your daily tap. Each day you choose one of the three game options (Mini, Normal, or Mega) and press play once.

The basic flow is:

• Visit the site and read the How It Works page
• Go to the sign up page and create your account
• Log in to your account (you’ll be taken to My Account)
• Open the Play page and use your one tap for the day
• Check the My Account page if you want to see your balance and streak

I Cannot Play Or It Says I Am Locked

If you press the button on the Play page and see a message that you are locked or need to wait, it means your twenty four hour timer has not expired yet. The game only allows one play every twenty four hours per account or device, no matter which game option you choose.

Common reasons you might see a lock message:

• You already used your tap within the last twenty four hours
• You played close to the same time yesterday and are a little early today
• You used another device or browser recently for the same account

The lock is enforced on the backend. Refreshing the page, clearing cookies, or switching browsers does not remove the lock. You simply need to wait until the timer runs out. When in doubt, check the My Account page to see your last play time.

Account, Login, Or Signup Problems

If you are having trouble signing up or logging in, try these quick checks:

• Make sure your email is typed correctly with no extra spaces
• Check that your password is entered exactly as you created it
• Confirm you are on the correct login page and not still on the sign up page
• If you just created an account, make sure the signup form showed a clear success message

If the page is refreshing rapidly or not behaving normally, close the tab, reopen the site, and try again. If the problem continues, note what you see on the screen and contact support.

Questions About Game Options Or Odds

Each day you pick one of the three game options before you tap:

Mini Play — better odds, smaller prizes
Normal Play — balanced odds and prize sizes
Mega Play — larger prizes, harder to hit

You still only get one play every twenty four hours across all modes. Choosing Mini, Normal, or Mega doesn’t give you extra entries; it just changes the risk/reward profile for that day’s tap.

I Think I Won Or My Result Looks Wrong

When you win, the result appears on screen right after your tap and you are sent to the winner page. It clearly says that you won and shows the prize type. That win is recorded in the backend with a timestamp and a proof hash, and it should appear in your My Account stats and balance.

If you saw a message that looked like a win but do not see anything in your account, or if the amount looks different from what you expected, take a screenshot and note the time your tap occurred. Then contact support with:

• The date and approximate time of your tap
• What you saw on the screen (including any win/lose text)
• The device and browser you were using
• Which game option you selected (Mini, Normal, or Mega)

Referral Link Or Bonus Issues

Your referral link is shown on your My Account page. When someone signs up through your link, they play normally with the same odds and limits as everyone else. If a referred player wins a prize, you may be eligible for the referral bonus described in the Official Rules.

If you believe a friend signed up through your link but you do not see them reflected or do not see a bonus after they win, gather as much detail as possible:

• Your account email or ID
• How and where you shared the link
• When they signed up and when they say they won
• Any screenshots they can provide

Then contact support so the backend logs can be checked.

Technical Or Device Issues

If pages are not loading correctly, buttons are not responding, or animations look frozen, try the standard troubleshooting steps first:

• Refresh the page
• Close the tab and reopen the site
• Make sure your internet connection is stable
• Try a different browser or device if possible
• Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser

If the problem affects only one page, check the Status page to see whether a known incident is in progress. If the entire site is unavailable or looks broken, wait a few minutes and try again, then contact support if the issue persists.
